The Purpose of ASA is to promote, organize, and govern adult amateur softball programs locally and nationwide; To provide opportunities for athletic participation, skill development, and sportsmanship; To establish and maintain standardized rules of play; To host leagues, tournaments, and educational activities; and to support the physical, social, and community well-being of participants.
